When Do Achievers Wake?

A friend asked me some days ago, “How can one make the most of their day? How does one plan their day?”

My first response was this: it begins with waking up early.

Who else agrees with me? I'd like to hear from you, when do successful people, achievers wake up? What's your ideal time for rising every morning so one can make the most of their day?

For over 2 years now, the places I have been at have trained me to wake between 4:00 and 5:00 am. For me, that helps me get to do some very vital things that are needed to get me going and set me on the right frame for the rest of the day.

I believe that waking up early gives you the opportunity to determine how you'd fare for the rest of the day, unlike getting up and rushing out almost immediately. You have the opportunity to charge yourself up and prepare for whatever you'd have to face out there.

For some, it could also be the only time you'd have to work on yourself. You'd probably return at night exhausted and hurrying to bed.

There are several ways I believe one can conquer each day by making the most of their morning, and in the next few days I will dwell on that. And I'd like to hear your say each time. But for today, tell me when is your ideal waking time.
